Card reservation policy

All information about your payment card processing center is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not available for others including administration Interconto. Paying service and hotel administration gets only the result of the transaction.

Using a credit card or account information without the consent of its owner is a fraud and is punishable by law. In carrying out payment transactions recorded information that can be used for disclosure of fraud and also to prove misconduct.

Cancellation policy

All reservations must be cancelled by 12 AM local time, two days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room charge inclusive VAT - for individual clients, and 7 (seven) days prior to scheduled arrival - for groups. Cancellation can be made by email, fax or by phone.

Guarantee policy

All reservations require a guarantee or deposit . Methods that are accepted as a guarantee include: credit card, deposit, pre-approved by travel agent or pre-approved by company. Guaranteed reservations are held until noon of the day after scheduled arrival.

Deposit policy

A deposit may be used as a method of guarantee. The following are accepted deposit methods:  bank cheque, company cheque, a personal cheque. Deposit amount is one night's room charge including VAT.

Group policy

For reservations requiring 4 rooms or more please make your reservations in advance. For such and other group reservations please contact the hotel manager by email: lions_castle@org.lviv.net putting "Group" into the field "Subject"

Pet Policy

Animals are accepted. Additional fee is charged.

Extra beds

Extra rollaway beds are available at UAH 100 per night. For children under 10 this service is free of charge.

Meal plan

All rates are on Bed and Breakfast basis.
